Process Water Systems
A vast majority of industrial equipment requires process water to provide cooling to maintain strict production tolerances. J&J’s Pipefitting team can install your new system and provide service to existing water systems.
Hydraulics
Hydraulic systems function and perform tasks through using a fluid that is pressurized. We can install and service most aspects of the system from setting up pumps skids to welding seamless pipe. Manufacturing and installing hoses and bending stainless steel tubing is also a service we offer.
Compressed Air Systems
J&J can provide a complete compressed air system usually requiring a compressor, air cooler, air receiver tank, filter, dryer, condensate trap and the piping used for distribution.
Gas Piping
J&J can provide the natural gas crucial to many manufacturing procedures. Our team is experienced in installing threaded and welded gas pipe. A newer application involves aluminum piping with compression fittings to deliver the same gas with a much quick installation.
Material Handling
Material handling systems mean the control of materials and products for project use in various stages starting from manufacturing, storage, distribution, consumption, and finally disposal. Venting / Duct Work

Towers / Chillers
Cooling towers use the evaporation of water to remove process heat and cool the working fluid to near ambient temperature. Closed-circuit cooling towers (Chillers) pass the working coolant through a large heat exchanger, usually a radiator, upon which clean water is sprayed and a fan-induced draft applied. Our Pipe fitting team has the experience and skills required to install and service all components of a cooling tower or chiller.
